Few new releases will illicit as much anticipation as this non-vintage rosé from France’s most lauded winemakers. “This is such a unique wine” says Rodolphe. “We wanted to create a bridge between Provence and Champagne and produce a Rosé for drinking young rather than ageing as we prize the beautiful aromatics of Pinot Noir from Vertus.” The wine is delicately perfumed with a very pale (Provençal, even) colour that gives way to a palate that combines the hazelnut and brioche character of great Chardonnay with the lifted red fruit perfumes of young Pinot Noir.
